After numerious telephone calls for just two months and 3 efforts of delivering images of the broken product and presentation to advantagesis insurance (Crawford) I had been informed by advantages and Crawford (advantages Insurance) the bubblewrap I employed has little pockets and that I must of utilized big pockets and also the state was refused. I've been shipping thru advantages for around ten years today and that I examine the advantages online needs very frenqently espacailly when delivering costly things like I did so in this instance. Advantages online packaging needs claims nothing about when to make use of what size bubblewrap. Advantages and Crawford Insurance purchased every justification they might develop to not spend the claim. I sense advantages and Crawford insurance are doing customer fraud by promoting anything and never praising the state when UPS damages the item.
