Triad Finance - Will not provide requested information. Deceptive. Illegal practices

They hid fees. Changed the amounts due. Lied about the total purchase price. They will NOT give me a copy of the title to sell the car. They have NO office in Illinois which makes it impossible to sell the car to anyone other than a dealship. They charge an EXTRA $5.81 a DAY on top of the APR!!! They have been kicked out of Illinois for fraud. They will not give me ANY info about their Headquarters. No telephone number and no direct address. They will only provide their customer service number and PO Box address.

I have ALREADY paid $15K on a $13,900 loan and I SOMEHOW still owe them $7K.
I have been late three times not more than TEN days.
They will not send the balance owed OR the statement monthly.
They have lied SEVERAL (6-10) times about not receiving payments on time.

I cant afford to continue this theft.
Can someone PLEASE help me with information as to what I can do?

Can I file for bankruptcy to get out of this?
Can I give the vehicle back to them and tell them Im not going to pay another dime? If so, will the court force me to pay this loan maffia? Even after what has been done to me?
