Constant fix about the gearshift

I bought my Chrysler 300 in 2005.in November I'd to possess it towed and fixed. The issue was the apparatus change sticking. Today, in July I'm needing to possess the same issue set. Personally I think that someting is incorrect, basically am having this issue set every additional year. I understand that I don't have a long warranty, but which should not need something related to the issue. Warranty or not, I WOn't have this issue fixed every additional year. Therefore, much I've been happy with my 300 Touring, however now I'm really disappointed. I'd like some satification or assure this won't be a continuing issue, to that we will need to be inconvenienced to get a quantity of times and purchase repairs that I'm ought to be assured, regardless to whether I've a long warranty or not. Please enable me. When I have mentioned, I can't afford this expensive fix every additional year.
