I have had to report my gargage door opener twice and each time the tech comes out and it starts working. The Home Warranty people make me pay additional deductible each time and no one trys to locate the issue that causes the door not to open, just say it is working at the time. Then Colonial Home Warranty says they have to close the claim and are extremely rude. My issue has not been fixed as of yet. I will not renew with them and will not recommend them.
