I have permanent general insurance. About 3 months into the policy I received a letter in the mail stating that my premium went up. A rep informed me it was cause of a accident that was on my record as "at-fault". After calling my previous insurance co. To see what they were talking about, I was informed that the accident was not confirmed to be my fault and PGAC still will not decrease my policy. They told me, " once a bill is generated we can not change it! What type of bologna is that??? NEVER EVER USE THEM!!! I would not reccomend them to my worst enemy.
