Just Brakes
Sent wife in Ford Explorer, they quoted $1,100, I did it for $60. False repairs

I sent my Wife to get brakes done on a 96 Explorer cause I'm just to lazy now-a-days. She called saying that they wanted $1,100 to replace everything including emergency brake pads. I spoke to their scam artist to have him explain what an emergency brake pad was but he could only explain that it was bad. I told him to put it together and send her home cause there's no such thing as an emergency brake pad! I bought all four pads and replaced them to the tune of $60 ish.
The brake light went out and the car has never came to a safer, smoother stop than now.
