Taken For A Ride

I bought and paid cash for a new scooter only to get home and realize it had been rebuilt. The body parts didn't even match.

I immediately took it back. They would not trade it for a new one that I paid for or give me my money back. I even offered to pay more and trade in for a
bigger bike. They wouldn't do that.

I feel like that was discrimatory since anyone else can walk in and trade bikes for a larger one.

My scooter is still there. They took down a list of what was wrong with it and said they would fix it. (although it's suppose to be new). They signed this list admitting these things were wrong.

Last but not least, they made me pay cash because Danny said if I paid any other way he would have to count it on taxes. They wouldn't take a money order.

I bought 2 bikes that day. He said they were 2 new identical ones. The other one is a 2008.
