Scam... Attempted Rip off

Bought 4 wheels six months previously for Volvo v70 Cross-Country. Observed a poor shake more than 65 mph, returned to possess wheels healthy, was informed both front shocks had blown-out, they offered mean estimation of $950 to displace them. I decided to visit Branford to some technician who done my MGis along with other foreign vehicles. They road-tested the vehicle subsequently use it the raise. Bumps were completely good, a swaybar linkage was damaged, $57 for that component plus$85 work. Huge difference from $950... These fools at Pep Boys are sometimes incompetant or sleazy rip-off designers, or both...
