This company is awful! I just purchased a new car. (not financed by them, thankfully) When I called them last week, the woman on the phone said I had $897 payoff as of that day. I relayed this message to the car dealership. When the car dealership called, Autoloan told them that the payoff was $1750. I almost lost my new car and my old car because of it! The dealer was angry. I am furious. $897 was what the amount should have been. I calculated it. Do not get a loan from these people, no matter how desperate you are!
