Please AVOID dealing with these SCAMS!

I purchased a 2001 Mercury mountaineer here and less than ONE WEEK later the vehicles exhaust fell off from the catalytic converter back, When I contacted that Miserable "Cheryl" with the problem I was met with NOTHING but sarcastic attitude, Being told that Exhaust problems were not covered by warranty including the supposed 30 Day lot warranty. I would STRONGLY suggest that anyone considering dealing with this car lot, Steer far away and avoid Benji and his poor customer service personnel. Severely dis satisfied with ALL service received from these SCAMMERS!
