Alex Hossler Deceptive Practices by Owne

I dropped my truck off at Art Hossler to be repaired after an auto accident. I spoke to the owner ALex and also the body shop manager ED and explained to them that I was going thru a divorce even faxed them a copy of my auto policy that listed me as the only insured on the policy and that I was the only person that vehicle was to be released to. I then got a call from my bank that they had repoed my truck because Art Hossler had reported it as "abandoned" which they deny. I got the vehicle back form the bank and the repo charges were removed. I then giving Art Hossler the benefit of the doubt took it back. After one and a half months was told that the repairs were done. I spoke to ALEX the owner to remind him that I would be the one picking the vehicle up who assured me that the vehicle would not be released until the bill was paid in full.

I got a call from ED the body shop manager asking me if I knew anything about the insurance check. I told him that it had been sent out and they should be getting it any day. Little did I know that they were releasing the vehicle to my ex at that time without my knowledge.

I got the insurance check in the mail the following day. I called to let Art Hossler know that the bank had sent the check to me and not them and that I would be in to pick my truck up and pay the bill the following day. I spoke to ED three times that day and the truck not being there was never mentioned. I then was told by ED that ALEX had authorized the truck to be released to my ex two days prior. GOOD THING THE BANK SENT ME THE CHECK!

I then showed up at Art Hossler the following day with the police and filed a report because my vehicle was not there when I showed up to pay the bill and pick it up. Alex couldn't even look me in the face.

HOWEVER!!! Art Hossler wants ME to pay the bill on the vehicle that they released not once but twice without my permissoin! The bill is over $5100 and now I am left with no truck and an outstanding bill.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHIESTERS! I believe Alex Hossler doesn't like doing business with women but will gladly take their money or stick them with a bill!

ALSO it has now been two months since I dropped the truck off and have yet to see it! Nevermind that I am making the $500 monthly payments on it to salvage my credit!

SHAME ON YOU ALEX HOSSLER! You definately have plenty to look at the ground about.
