Poor customer service

The corporation has inadequate customer support. I requested a helmet on 6/30, and didn't notice from their store in over per week, subsequently was informed my helmet was sold-out plus they would need to have it from another producer. It eventually came on 7/11 however it was the incorrect size. They agreed to trade it for that proper dimension, actually pay return delivery (that they must). I delivered it on 7/13 and since that time it's been like taking hens teeth to listen to something. I sent every tackle I really could discover on the website, and named the telephone number. Nobody actually replies the telephone and nobody replied to my emails. Lastly nowadays I acquired a "we are sorry" mail. It would appear that my size helmet has gone out of inventory plus they are "anticipating a cargo anyday". We will notice... Iam going for till Friday, that'll be a complete month, then Iam likely to match the cost with my charge card business.

I am aware that errors occasionally occur, and also the incorrect product gets delivered. It'dnot be so poor when they would atleast TALK what's happening once in awhile. It will nothing to construct confidence inside your client whenever you don't react to emails or telephone calls. Even when I actually do obtain the helmet, I'll never purchase out of this organization again.
