Illness contracted while on flight

I Cynthia clark a on emirates trip 0726 on 7/6/09 from Dar ES Salaam, Tanzania to Dubai, length 5 hours and half an hour. Came 11; 20pm, remained instantly resort / food and hotels supplied by emirates flight. On 7/7/09 departed Dubai United Arab EMI at 9; 30 am on flight 0211 to Huston GEO-Bush, TX, duration 16 and 20 minutes. Although on trip 0211. I had been chilly, I requested repeat to get a quilt. After around 1hour and half an hour, I received a quilt. I suddenly became extremely sick. Upon starting of trip 0211, extended to see severe distress. 7/8/09 admitted to hospital emergency. Analysis, I've Salmonella poisoning and pneumonia. Please framework me concerning this issue.
