This really is about my encounter on Dubai-poor — EK215 on 11th Mar

Indeed, EMIRATES defenitely need to do anything about their client service AS WELL AS IN-Trip Service. They've good-and fresh routes, they're nice etc.

... But there TEAM defenitely have to be set. Sofar my last ten years of worldwide travelling this is actually the toughest encounter I've had with support in-flight.

None of the crew-member were addressing phone switch, I've pushed it 15 occasions and ot might merely re set itself after 15-20secs.

&Dubai - L A-Non Stop-16.5hrs... Except 3 period food service. They didn't function any water or liquid at all. If you'll need any water etc... You've to wander completely till the finish of the trip and assist yourselves. I wouldnt mind but I had been going with my 10month old boy and he was exteremly irritable...

I've left 4 voicemessages for Emirates Customer Support and 3 emails till nowadays (24th Mar) but no responce what-so ever.

I've a return trip on a single airlines... Today I'm considering to purchase a solution on various flight (Possibly Singapore)...

I generously need assist in escalatin this situation to additional resources if any.
