Stole my Jeep

Owner (Mike) made a copy of my key while in possession of my Jeep. I called to complain about the quality of work and one week later I received a fake receipt for $380 and a lien notice via certified mail. About two weeks after the letter, I walked out of my office and noticed my Jeep was gone. Called the police and they informed me that Republic 4x4 had "all the paperwork in place to repossess my vehicle and that the alleged fraud is a civil matter." I went to RP 4x4 with two police officers, paid $1000 cash for the fraudulent charge plus administrative fee and was handed a key that I had never seen before.
