Stole time, my money, and maybe a dream

First I want to say people are very lazy to do this. It took me 4 months to sit and write this. There are many other unfilled reports about these people simply because no one wants to take the time. Think of it like this, if u do take the time you will save some people a lot of money, time and heartache. This company advertised through career builder $500.00 per week for 5 weeks of training and $100.00 per car sold or 16% of gross profit. After 3 days in training were told officially we will be paid 300.00 a week and the comm. Mention above. We were informed career builders ad was wrong (typo). At the first sales meeting after a approximately a week later we were told we'd receive $100.00 per car sold with the 300.00 a week pay and the B.S. Spiffs. I sold a $ 28,000.00 car and made $100.00, and I sold 7 additional vehicles and made 100.00 bucks on each. I would never buy a car from these people or any other service. I stuck with it to get to the big picture, but they kept with scams. I understand the auto industry probs... They want to suck ur blood... But why waste my time and take my money as a potential earner for u... I was on their side until i saw what they were doing to myself and other new hires. When i parted this hell hole i had 5 uniform shirts i dropped $31.00 each for (it was required) and hadn't opened 3 and they still needed to deduct one more from my check, so i figured they'd take them back, the unopened ones but they stuck me with them. They don't even have my freakin name on them. Did i mention they required us to pay a $400.00 fee for training? It was supposed to be refunded but there were gray areas surrounding that as well. I always wanted to make top dollars in the auto industry but now i been assured its no where for an honest guy... Or is it?
