Ripoff, House Master rip off, Patrick Clerkin I too was ripped off by Patrick an year ago. Cant believe this guy can keep doing this without getting into trouble

I too was ripped off by patrick a year ago. We hire him for doing home inspection not knowing anything about home inspections at the time.

He basically walk around with me inside and outside of the house and told me if i see anything in the house thats out of the norm i should tell him and ask him about it.

And just after i gave him the check and realize something about the hot water testing he just told me Well this is an old heater and you didnt find anything broken when we were looking at it.

I not a home inpector and i hire a home inpector in a Hope of professional work but this guy Patrick is a total rip off.

Later on i found out that he is not even Licensed. Buyer beaware.
