Never Refunded money after cancellation of the contract

I cancelled the contract 3 months before and have never got the refund back and especially when i called them for what can be my refund amount. They said that u have to send the contract with cancell on it and then only we can say what can be the refund amount... They are so rude on phone and still have never got the refund back
