I bought a used 2007 BMW 335i Sedan on June 27. I test drove the car and it was all fine except the panel had the light warning on. Now to me, it didn't seem like a big deal because I thought it was only the turn signals. They flashed really quick. That usually happens when the turn signal light bulb (s) are out. So I bought the car and later when I went to buy the replacement bulbs, I notice something about the light housing. They were not the factory installed housing and the high beams and the turn signals did not work. I look up the light specs on the car and low and behold the headlamps were replaced with some other model. I brought this up to their attention via email and informed them that the car had a warning and the housing was replaced. I wanted to have them fix this since this was pre-existing and that it was no longer a 5min fix job.instead the finance manager starts accusing me of removing the lights myselft. He stated that the car past the BMW inspection and their own (Norco Mitsubishi). They must be blind because you can't miss the warning light on the dashboard. What I am going to do is take it to the BMW dealer and have them print out when the warning light came on. That date will be from before I bought the car, which is what I will need to show the attorney that I now need to hire.

I put this up for others because that replacement of the headlamp housing and all labor is about $3,000 and up. There were other items that I overlooked and I had made a decision I would fix myself. I didn't need the added bonus of $3,000 to be added on. So if you are thinking about buying a car from these guys. Check everything and sleep it off for one day. Once you sign then you are old news and they don't really care.
