No Dashmat, no customer service. Mesa Arizona

I ordered a dash mat from gotoautoaccessories.com on 05/05/09 and immediately received an acknowledgment e-mail that a tracking number would be sent within 48 hours. Several days went by and no "tracking number" e-mail was received. I called the phone number on the "acknowledgment" e-mail and it was answered by a person that was not even slightly professional. He said the company making Dashmats went bankrupt, and gotoautoaccessories was in the process of finding a new supplier.

I let a month go by and still no "tracking e-mail, " notice of a delay or any messages at all from gotoautoaccessories. I then call several time and only got an automated system that put me on eternal hold. I also e-mailed their "customer service" several times with no response. I have since declared to myself that this is a loss, filed a fraud claim with my credit card company, and notified the FTC via their complaint system of this fraudulent company. I WILL eventually find this scums address and rectify the situation.

For those that may not know, the FTC has vehicles to remove these people from the internet if complaints are receive from folks like us.

Else, but now no answer on all 3 phone numbers they give, and will not return e-mail, soo i did reverse number look up on the 8009555337 and came up Michael Weinberger 6239 E Brown Rd Ste113 mesa AZ, 85205-4933 and i also filed a complaint with the BBB so everyone needs to file a complaint He is makin 100% profit, if i dont get my money bac little does he know i am a truck driver and i will get thru there 1 day and i will visit this address, have a great day and i hope this info helps someone else, onespeed
