Merry-Go-Round nightmare

Ordered Dash Mats on May 18. After 1 month of waiting I called them, I was told they would check into it and call me the next day. I did not get the call. I called 2 more times and got a run around.
On June 22 I finally told them to cancel my order and refund my money.
It is now July 11 and still no refund. I have reported them to the BBB.
I don't live far from the "business" so next week they are going to have a visit.
