Bill Banner They accepted money for full coverage commercial insurance policy and would not pay out after vehicle caught on fire!

My vehicle was damaged only after having insurance for a month. They would not provide a rental vehicle. I had a 2001 Chevy express van that was custom to fit the kind of work that I do with shelving and tools that were very expensive. They stated after a fire progressive puts your live under a microscope for the past year asking retarded questions like the medical history and bills for my DOG! And for receipts that you cant provide trying anything and everything not to pay out on the claim. This has happened before when I wrecked a new motorcycle while going on a road trip with friends. I got run off the road by a tractor trailer and was seriously hurt very bad. With my bike being totaled with witnesses that seen the crash and the truck progressive did not want to pay then either. It was like pulling teeth, finally they offered to pay out 50% so i took that thinking i had no other alternative. But I think that they are the worst insurance company on the face of the earth and would not advise anyone to be sucked in by there cheap rates. They accept billions of dollars from people and when something happens they don't want to pay out or give a rental vehicle. Its like the pyramid scam you have all these people paying in but no one gets paid out. Sometimes when they do pay out they try and use all aftermarkets body panels that are lower quality parts and used junkyard salvage parts instead of new ones from the car dealer to save more money. I'm in the automotive industry and have to deal with these people on a regular basis so i know for a fact. I own my own mechanic service and work for many many body shops.
