False advertisement-"there are no "free" trips"

I purchased a used 2009 Dodge mini van on 5-27-09. I was supposed to receive a "free trip" according to their advertisement. I was told on one occasion that "NO TRIPS ARE FREE" by the Financial Manager, Tom Holmes. Then on a different day I was told by the sales manager, that the additional "free" vacation money was included in my "deal" but were extinguished due to my payoff on my trade coming in higher than expected... WHAT???!!! Don't trust any sales person there, they are all VERY SQUIRLEY!!! They tell you one thing and do the opposite. I have already had to have the front end re-painted, the air conditioner has gone out, and the bolts were loose in my breaks (that they had previously worked on), oh, and my brake light went out! All in the past 3 weeks! Am I wrong in saying this should not be happening to a 2009 vehicle?!? I want everyone to know not to buy anything from these people. They are rude, dishonest, and very shady individuals.
