Maliciously placing nail in my tire glendale

I recently had my 2007 Prius oil changed at your dealership on June 23 (Customer #: 416062 & INVOICE # 35246). I thought it was a routine oil change until I discovered a nail in my right front tire later that day. I believe it is no accident that there was a nail PLACED in my right front tire, in that the last time I went to have my Prius serviced at your dealership to have my oil changed, I discovered a nail in my tire that cost me $20.00 to remove.

Therefore it is my belief that it is Toyota of Glendale's business practice of sabotaging a customer's car when that customer refuse additional service, or parts outside of a routine oil change, in an effort to drum-up business.

Your business practice is repugnant, and that fact that you place your customers at risk to an exploding tire while driving at speed is beyond retarded and criminal. I am going to post this letter on multiple web sites to let other potential consumers know of your criminal/shade-tree business practice.
