Sunkool
Will not honor warranty

After calling Sunkool because my tint is coming off one window I had to go there. The phone line they have is crap and they will not even talk to you.
I had to go there to show them with my warranty in hand. The guy in his worst Vietnamese English tells me "new owner". I informed him the business is the same and the warranty is for the life of the car. He still insist "new owner" and will not resolve this. I showed him my car still and the display on their front window of shop LIFETIME WARRANTY. He still refuses to do the work. Said the guy I can talk to is in Vietnam for 1 month but "no work on my car, new owner" and there is no phone to reach this guy by. I guess warranty to them is a joke, but not to me. Would never go back and with all the other window tinter's out there suggest never going to this one.
