Lies and warranty

I bought a 2005 Road King Classic. (new) and in the same period I bought the $1300.00 unlimited usage, seven-year, existence of the mortgage, warranty, that we have not applied so far. Last weekend I discovered my clutch handle was getting tougher to draw. It involved and disengaged within the same put it usually does. I chose to go to Lake Erie Harleydavidson in Avon, Ohio. I described the issue to them and informed them, while they truly are at it, provide it an oil-change. A couple of hours later, they named my house and explained the grabs weren't sliding plus they might eliminate and bead blast them-and did not notice every other issues. I told them I had beennot worried about the expense since the bicycle was still underneath the warranty. The next evening I obtained still another phone plus they advised me the bicycle was all set. Additionally they explained the "guarantee was voided" as a result of decreased work clutch package that I'd mounted. Also it was mounted improperly, which voided the guarantee. I visited MILLENNIUM HARLEYDAVIDSON IN MEDINA, KANSAS (where I bought the bicycle) and requested them "what was a lowered work clutch package, since I have did not understand what the-hell it had been, and requested them "why might I'd like one?" and "Who mounted it?" We appeared within the computer documents and discovered no report of an installing of this product. They told me what it had been. I expected them to get a print-out of my consideration of support completed at their dealer. I subsequently visited a Custom Contractor and requested him how this point works. He created the package for me personally to determine and went me thru how it managed. (this component just continues one-way) for just one, the package isn't on my bicycle. (and was advised it had been mounted incorrect) The technician showed me this system just puts one of the ways, and function. There's no such issue as adding this product improperly. The clutch system won't function. I named LAKE ERIE HARLEYDAVIDSON and named them a damn liar. The unit was NEVER placed on my bicycle, of course if it'd been. It wouldve difficult to draw it off the ton given that they stated it had been fitted improperly. Today they'renot attempting to recognize my guarantee (that will be ENDLESS) due to a system that I NEVER HAD MOUNTED however they say I did so. You will find no documents everywhere of the being mounted on my bicycle. The sum total expenses of anything they did are nearly $600 and that I AM NOT PAYING IT... Harleydavidson and that I will soon be meeting in Courtroom. May the top person win.:)
