Never received gas cards

Hello. We bought a brand new water device from Enagic early fall 2009. One cause we created this purchase was for that $500 fuel redemption deals. Well, we've complied with every ring we've needed to leap through for that past many months but still no gasoline cards! Would you please send them once we've delivered all required paperwork and bills in before each regular deadline. Thanks.
