Discriminated, insulted, unprofessional service

I thought this was a joke! I called the employee, spoke to ED for service... I went to have the A/C charged as advertised on CL here in Denver for $35, so far so good. I also had some other work that needed to be done by another tech with another company but this mech wantd to say he could diagnose the issue quicker and cheaper (didnt say anything about having to do the work thru him) but I decided I would have him take a look at it.
After spending a min or 2 I said I would want him to find the issue for the labor to diagnose and for the A/C charging/evac we orig agreed on but after I said I would buy my parts if he found something and have someone less expensive put them on he refused to even do the A/C charge, said he was going to finish his lunch and that he wasn't going to work on my car
-after 25 miles out of the way, I was being told that I was young, stupid and basically nieve about trying to save money (which in this economy no one wants to hear) and that I would understand it when I was older (easier to take advantage of I suppose). As a 28 yr old single parent Dad, I'm sorry but I can't go spend money on techs to mark up the cost of parts on me... Jerk should've just added to the labor rate to install the part but instead he made age discriminatory remarks (bet he's sexist too) and said that he only uses CL to obtain new clients (80% or more of CL mechs that post say bring your parts and they will install by the way)... Said that was my "freebie".
For the record we agreed on a fee for 2 services (A/C chrg and 1/2 hr diagnosing the fuel restriction) which he said he would complete - and didn't follow thru with original agreement and then proceeded to insult me for trying to save money and for being young. I work hard for my company by providing customer service along with the product and I'm sure so do you (alt consumer), we don't need to deal with rude or unprofessional staff do we? I didn't think so... Think twice before going here.
And always remember like GIJoe says, the product is only half the battle, it ain't nothing without the service to back it up, service is what will bring a customer back.
