Keim Preowned Safety Concern?

We received an ad in the mail of a voucher for a down payment. We at the time were in need of a vehicle, so we went and took a look at what they had to offer. Little did we know that they were ALL lease vehicles, and NO WHERE was it posted so.

We were pushed on vehicle (2005 Kia Sedona) almost from the door, until they ran our credit, apparantly it wasn't good enough so the salesman had us wait for a while (3 hours) with the anticipation that they could help.

Because we were unable to use our credit alone they falsified some info to make the application look good so that he could get his sale... Good for us we were getting a car... Then he asks for $500 down on top of the ad.
We were pretty much desperete for wheels so we payed... And went on our merry way. Its been 1yr and I've always noticed how the driver side sliding door was always heavier to move... I never made anything of it until I just recently heard that you can run history reports. I searched and payed to have the VIN checked and behold..."AUCTION ANNOUNCED AS UNIBODY DAMAGE"... It also said major negative report... I'm upset... Because now I realized that I've been paying almost $400 amonth plus $120 in insurance on an unsafe vehicle... I've got 3 kids... I don't feel comfortable having them sit in that ticking mobile death trap... Frames are not designed for multiple accidents... My wife has been seeing a therapist for other reasons and just when she thought things were getting better now she gets anxious and nervous driving the Kia... Its horrible.

I tried going to the dealer and they told us that we baught the car, its ours, deal with it. They also said that a lot of times you must wreck the vehicle to really see what happend... Comforting... We tried to ask for a trade but I don't think I could afford it, they asked for more money... Its bad enough I'm paying 3 times what the damn thing is worth.

Those people at that dealership showed zero compassion for safety when all we asked for was a fair trade because they failed to tell us of the vehicles condition... My wife won't drive now because she's affraid... Those people are jerks.

I trying to find a way out now... But it seems as if all odds are against me
