Ripoff, deceptive sales

I too am a Springfield Ford hater, (and all of Ford Products for that fact). The Ford company in Dearborn MI will not back the Springfield Ford company on Baltimore Pike in Springfield. They take no part of this company, yet they allow them to use the FORD name.

I purchased a new car in January from this company, and I agree with this other person about them lying and ripping customers off.

FORD stands for Found on Road Dead.

My new car that Im still paying for is a pile of Junk. The salesman lied to me, and when I confronted the manager about this lie, he backed his salesman.

I called the Ford Motor company, and they told me each dealer was independently owned. They would not do anything for me.

Guess what America... If you buy a Ford product, you're making a huge mistake.

I know 4 people who bought cars from Ford within the past 2 years. 2 Have traded their vehicles in, 1 has had it in a garage about 4 times and the other got into a huge fight with this dealer.

Springfield Ford is a ripoff. I wouldn't go there if they were the last place on earth. They lie, cheat and con people

If you buy at (another) dealer, (they) back them. If you buy at (another) dealer, (they) backs them. Ford Motor doesnt back them.
