Fixed what wasn't broken. Air still broke. They cannot fix but will not make refund!

My car had a repair on the alternator. My wife also complained about the air conditioned not working all the time so PeP boys said the could fix the problem. We brought the car back the next week and they changed a hose. The car was not fixed so my wife brought it back several time w/o being fixed. She took the car back again yesterday with out results again. She was told she could not talk o the Manager and make a complaint. I called today and talked to the floor manager who talked down to me and challenged my complaint. He stated everything is in the computer which is not true. The car was back and forth several times and they would look at it and say they cannot find anything wrong. They knew my wife and these trips did not have a written invoice so the information was not put into the computer. For such a large national company with a complete lack of integrety is very disappointing.

I would never have taken my car there if I had read all the complaints about PeP Boy on usacomplaints.com.
