Jeffrey Todd Loy A Auto And Diesel
Took my money lied and now and out the money and my car!

I had my car towed to A Auto and Diesel to have it fixed. Spoke with Jeff and several occassions and he assured my the car was coming along and that it would be done soon. He was to put a engine in it, well a couple of days before it was to be completed I called to check on the progress. I guess it was the another worker at the shop who told me Jeff had not even purchased the engine, and that Jeff the owner should be in that evening. Well when I called back that evening I was told Jeff had sold the shop, the gentleman that I had talked to previously had been fired.
So okay here I am have paid over 1500.00 dollars already the shop has been closed. Jeff has had his cell phone and home number turned off the people who had the shop had no idea what I was talking about. I do have my reciept where I paid the money so now what am I supposted to pay someone else to do a job I already paid for.
Well it gets better I decide to get a tow truck and have my car moved and now my car isn't even there and the shop is closed. I have no idea where my car is and I still have 15 months of payments left to make. So here I am with no car 1500 and some odd dollars broker and car payments for 15 months. The sevierville police dept says it's a civil matter but that I have to find this man to even file a civil suit and pay out more money in order to do so. So would someone please tell me where is the justice in that, I work hard every day and this man can just take my car and money!!!
