8809 Orchard Tree Lane Almost killed me and my 4 year old baby girl

I've never had anything like this happen to me before. When you pay for a service with your hard earned money you expect those services to be provided to you properly. Everyone Makes Mistakes but it's how you respond to the mistake that rectifies it.

I took my car to Orchard Automotive because it was making a noise that could only be heard inside my car. I was told by Mark, the owner that there were rocks pressed in my wheel bearing so I'd have to get it replaced and also I needed reguar maintenance. So I got the call that it was ready and I picked up my car. I was told it had been test driven. I'm driving along and I hear a weird noise so I call him to let him know hen I ht bumos it makes a rattle noise by my wheel he worked on and I was told they were abt to close so bring it back tomm. As Im driving the noise gets louder so I try to sow down and the break doesnt work and Im all over the place on the highway. I pull to the shoulder and put on my emeregency break and turn the car off eventually it stops. I call him back and of course no answer. I had my car towed back to the shop which I had to wait 2 hrs for AAA, so that he could see my car and I coud get back my money to have my car fixed properly. When I spoke to him the next day he advised "WE DIDNT PUT YOUR BREAK LINE BACK TOGETHER AND YOUR WHEEL BEARING WASNT ATTACHED SECURELY but we dont give money back and its fixed now". I advised him that me and my 4 year old baby could have died and he had no symppathy. On top of that when I went to get my car later today it was nowhere to be found.
