Are not giving my Deposit back

I've the vehicle for 30 days. Used to do not get accepted. I expected them to consider the vehicle back and that I need my 3,000 Reimbursement I'd pay for that Rent. Today they're not contacting me back or informing me something. They stated I can't get my reimbursement back whatsoever. They're stating I lay and my paperwork isn't genuine. WHAT'S THAT!!! They required my PA liences and that I gave them replicate. They stated no co signer will become necessary and so I decided to proceed. They stated I ought to be good and required nothing. Today they purchased in my own university. WHAT DOES MY UNIVERSITY need to do with my rent. If it did, why didnt they inform me within the start. I WOn't sign something and need my cash back. They keept threatening me stating they'll damage my credit and never return a cent. The vehicle is my. They state, return the vehicle. I'm lost and confused.
