Nissan versa
Did not return my 2000 dollar deposit

I purshed a Nissan versa having a 2000 buck deposit. A couple of days later I came across the vehicle was within an incident. The seller stated they'd trade the vehicle for that same cost having a Chevy Aveo. I expected for my deposit back plus they said no. I ask when they might place the 2000 deposit towrds the Chevy plus they stated no without any justification. I've all of the paper-work and could consider them to municipal court.
