I was charged for a dashmat, it was never sent, no one answers phone

I ordered a dashmat online April 6. After 3 weeks I called to check on status of order. On April 27 I received an email promising I would receive it in 7 business days. As of May 28 never received product. Called company, no one available. I would advise others to contact Arizona Attorney Generals office and Better Business Bureau, to keep this company from ripping off other unsuspecting consumers. The company operates under the name "Ten Media LLC".
