Liars! Cheats! Deceptions!

I have bought two cars from Northpointe Motors in Traverse City, Michigan because I had been hurt in car accidents and needed a vehicle. They charged outrageous prices on both, I paid well over the amount that I should have. Then they charged daily interest at around 24% on the unpaid balance! From the beginning they were pushy and all out lied, I asked for a carfax report and was given every excuse in the book, "we can't get it today, I'll have it in the morning, oh the computers are broke, it has to come from corporate" and so on. Finally after 5 months of continual repairs they decided that it would be more financially sound to put me into another car. This time a 2004 dodge neon, which surprise had transmission trouble! I called to talk to the sales man and he kept running me around, telling me I'll call tomorrow everyday. I was finally told that it had to go through someone in corporate and was given a name "Ryan" when I asked his last name no one knew it. When I asked for a corporate number I was told "we don't really have a corporate". When I asked for Ryan, I was told "he doesn't have an office". When I asked for his phone number I was told "he doesn't have a phone".

I was then transferred to the "associate sales manager" and was informed that "they had been working on getting me into something by the end of the week, (that was friday at 4 P.M.). The only time I can get a call back is when I informed them that I was going to file a report with the attorney general's office!!!

Avoid these dealers!!! They are horrible! Their cars are junk and their practices consist of lying, cheating and outright deception!!
