Was supposed to b my last payment, but they doubled it and didn't tell me til the end!

I have called lobel financial at least every other month asking my payoff amount and what the date of my last payment would be. And they've told m the entire time may 22. So today may 22 i call to pay off my vehicle and they say i have a remaining balance of 419.58! Wtf why??? They said interest and late charges! I called each time i was going to be late and they said not to worry it would just be a $20 fee at the end of paying my car off for being late, but no this whol time they were adding interest n late fees. I dont mind the fees because i was late q lot this year due to diff pay schedules, but i don't like that they repeatedly told me that i had one payment left may 22 when really i still owe $ 420 dangit... Just b honest!

Also the d*n operator was rude on the phone and i will be speaking to her boss, im not an idiot lady. You work for a f*ing car loan bank of course ur customers are gonna have questions as to why your charging more... Try being a lil nicer or get a diff f*ing job.
