City of Coyle will rip you off if you don't pay attention to your water bill. They also run a speed trap
they can't account for money why is the mayor (dictator) and sec/treasur driving new cars?
Neither has jobs they spent $100,000 drilling a water well 40ft deep yes forty feet they put most of that money in their pockets
