Shady Tactics for "repairs"

I introduced my fianceis 2002 jetta set for a planned tune up and program oil-change in- May. Once the dealer named me, they advised me that whoever did the final oil-change (thought Jiffy Lube), experienced damaged the oil pot to the stage they'd not execute the oil-change till it had been fixed simply because they didn't desire to be accountable if it had been completely broken.

I had been not able to achieve my fiance and hesitantly approved the "fix" of $600.

Two hours later, my fiance educated me that she'd gotten her last oil-change in the really skilled and reliable VW supplier in Altamonte Springs.

Obviously, the fix had been in procedure after I introduced the problem towards the support advisoris interest and there is nothing I really could do. (He agreed to show-me the broken component but at that time, I'd no method of understanding when the component was from my automobile or not)

Therefore... I've to consume the around $1500.00 complete statement to get a tune up and program maintenance visit but I'll publish this evaluation amongst others and tension to EVERY person who may notice my speech NEVER TO purchase or support an automobile out of this dealer.
