The company has faults with their hydroxy system that can't be solved. When you want to send it back and claim their 60 day money back satisfaction guarantee, the want to deduct heavy restocking fees and charge for any wiring that has been used from the kit. I know I had to use some wiring, but, how can you try it out, subsequently find that you are dissatisfied, and then send it back in unopened condition?

The policies of this company are immature. I would not recommend using this company for anything as they are not willing to really stand behind their products and claims.
