Buyer beware: i used to work for grossinger chevrolet in palatine, il. So take my advice when i say go elsewhere to buy your "used vehicle".

If you are buying a "new car" you may do ok.

But, your chances of being taken advantage of is very high when it comes to buying a "used vehicle" at grossinger - this is where the real money is being made by the sales staff. The deception and high pressure is carefully coordinated between the sales & finance staff.

In my honest opinion and as far as i could tell, i believe the tactics used to beat the customer out of as much money as possible is not only condoned but encouraged by the owner gary grossinger.

I've not seen any mercy or compassion is ever "sincerely" shown a dissatisfied customer.

"once you are beat, you are beat".

Unfortunately i can't go into greater detail, that would make it too easy for them to figure out which former employee has spilled the beans, and i just don't have the time right now to contend with any backlashes from my former employer -grossinger chevy, in palatine, il.
