Make sure to examine the windshields and other windows before and after hiring an automobile. We obtained a statement from Business along with a really dissatisfying handling and solution from Business workers.

On May 5th we hired an automobile once we needed to fall off our vehicle for call in preservation. The rental-car we got had several scars and dents round the body. We published all of them on the rental contract. Sadly we didn't examine the windshields. We also didn't spot the Business worker examining the windshields both. Although operating using the vehicle my spouse and that I didn't discover any kind of problems that people might have sustained. While returning the rental car no Business worker was open to get the vehicle. We quit the vehicle using the dealer. Some times after returning the rental-car we get a satisfaction survey phone. We responded once we experienced in those days. 24 hours later following a phone we get a notice within the email having a statement of $45 for repairing a processor within the window. No pre caution phone from Business once they have discovered an issue. No-call back from Business making them a speech communication requesting to describe the statement. Therefore we went back again to the rental store. Speaking with Business worker personally (Associate store supervisor) these were unable to convince us, the issue didn't occur before we got the vehicle. They might not present us an proof of the issue (images taken).

We feel this can be a really poor problem handling. It's really unprofessional to request a fulfillment viewpoint and next delivering a statement. We shall spend the statement once we don't need poor documents on our credit history. We shall undoubtedly never hire any vehicle from Business anymore.
