Daily Direct LLC Haulbikes.com Shipping your Motorcycle? Better think about it

On March 30, I made payment and signed a contract for haulbikes.com to pick up a motorcycle from New Mexico, and deliver it in Ohio. Their website proudly proclaims:

"What Is The Typical Delivery Time?
To keep shipping affordable for you, we pool as many motorcycles as we can on a truck during our cross country runs. Our trucks depart frequently with normal shipping deliveries running anywhere from 14 to 28 days from the time you call"

Two weeks went by and my motorcycle wasn't even picked up. The seller notified me when it was picked up, haulbikes didn't. I called to find out how to schedule delivery. They told me to call back in a week when it was delivered to the Milwaukee terminal. I was told on May 8 that it was being loaded on a truck, and I would have it on May 9th or 10th. That didn't happen. No call, no email. I had to make the call and find out what was going on.

I was told the bike wasn't put on the truck. No explaination why. I was told that it would be put on the next truck, and I would be informed when the motorcycle was enroute. The kicker, they tell me the truck will make five deliveries in Kentucky and then I get my motorcycle. Oddly enough, I am pretty sure you have to go thru Ohio to get to Kentucky and I would bet they have to drive through I-75 to get to Kentucky. I live 5 minutes from I-75. Nope, not making any exceptions for me. I suspect they are trying to keep a dealership in KY happy and could care less about me as a one-time customer. Also, I was told I would be credited $100 because haulbikes has gone over 42 days to deliver my motorcycle.

My primary POC has been Sharon Kendall, and I think she will tell me just about anything just to make me go away at this point. I still have no idea when I might even receive my motorcycle.
