Poor service

I sent flowers for a funeral on Wednesday August 26th. The embarrassment I felt when I entered the funeral home and saw what Bloomex had sent. The family pointed this out to me and I wanted the floor to open up. I called Bloomex, but they could not have cared less and will not consider a refund because I did not have a picture of the arrangement. My advice to all is never to use this company. It cose me $84.00 for an arrangement and another $170 to send the family another sympthy arrangement
