Paid for six months insurance got 3 months and "$100 packet" of info

Paid for six months of insurance, then 3 months later got bill for $113 dollars. Called them and they stated that the "packet" cost $100 plus a 10 dollar processing fee. Cancelled insurance with them, that cost 25 bucks.
