Scam and cheating

Requested in mid-November and certain supply in 14 days. It had been a Holiday present, also it wasn't shipped before night of Dec 23. Shipped in items with no owners manual. We named raceway often about the 23rd and 24th to obtain details about the gas kinds along with other data we must be ready to truly have a operating present on Holiday day-never got one to answer the telephone. We've named and sent 4 occasions to obtain the manual, every time they claim they'll deliver it, but 7 weeks later, no manual! Customer support smells once you purchase them!
