Sam Very Very Bad Cutomer Service

I went to xpresslube on Baymeadows roda for an oil change. As usual the guy started out by saying that how bad my transmisson oil looked like and he told me to change most of the engine stuff. I knew this trick and said no. The moment I said no this guy started to behave erratically. He made lewd and bad comments about me and my vehicle even luaging saying that my car did not even start. I showed a coupon which the company had sent for a discount and right then he snapped. He asked me if I knew how to read (I have a master's in engineering) or write in front of other customers. He even gave out his name and said that he did not care about anything or anybody at all!!! I strongly recommend not using this place at all.
