What happened with service dept

What happened to the service department at planet ford 59. I've been taking our 2004 f350 6.0l for them for over annually today. Never had an issue before, however for the past couple weeks since new supervisor emerged in with new people. Seams like my truck lives there. The service is terrible and boss is rude (his name is jeff). Whatever they were doing before they have to do again. I would recommend that nobody would go to planet ford anymore. They're ripoffs and the service department is a laugh. I've better luck with my truck easily repair it myself it'd be the same. Don't become a fool get elsewhere or watch for director to have dismissed like he did at lone star. Consider it
