A Blue Knight
They charged my bank account twice and never paid me back

A Blue Knight is the company that nobody should do a business with. They took our payment over the phone (because APPARENTLY THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN TAKE PAYMENT!!!), and they charged my bank account twice. When I contacted them to get my money back, they kept telling me that their accounting person is not in that day. When we finally reached this accounting person, she completely denied that it was her responsibility and that she'll have whoever is in charge give me a call. That never happened. So I kept calling and calling for my money but with no luck; it has been almost 4 months since I have been trying to get my money back.
